The most common questions about the online invitation

Is the online invitation really free?
Yes. Creating an account and building your wedding or engagement invitation is free. You get your own link and a QR code at no cost.
How does the personalised guest link work?
Each guest can get a link that greets them by name. Append ?c=Name to the invitation link — for example /convite/aurora-and-edvaldo?c=The%20Smiths — or add your guest list and copy the link generated for each one.
Do guests need an account to reply?
No. They open the link, type their name and reply in seconds. You see every reply in your dashboard and can export it as CSV.
Can I edit the invitation after sending it?
Yes. Sign in, open the invitation and change anything. Updates appear immediately for anyone opening the link — the address never changes.
Can I add a map of the venue?
Yes. Just type the address and we build the "View on map" button automatically. We also add a button so guests can save the event to their phone calendar.
Can one invitation cover the engagement and both ceremonies?
Yes. Add as many moments as you like — ceremony, reception, party — each with its own time, venue and notes.
How does the gift list work?
You add the gifts and, if you want, your transfer details. A guest can reserve a gift under their name so two people do not bring the same thing.
What is the envelope intro?
When the link opens, the guest sees a sealed envelope carrying your initials. One tap on the seal opens it and reveals the invitation — and the background music starts right then. You can switch the intro off in the invitation settings.
Can guests save or print the invitation?
Yes. At the end of the invitation there is a card naming the guest of honour and a "Download / print invitation" button that opens the print dialog already set to A5 — save it as a PDF or print it on paper.
How many templates are there?
Ten: lilac, botanical, classic, romantic, tropical, navy, terracotta, emerald, gold and modern. Each one brings its own palette, typeface, corner flowers and solid or transparent information cards. Switch template whenever you like, and fine-tune the two colours by hand.
